Ciao Spring Yoga Retreat is the opportunity to sourround yourself completely to the practice of yoga and live like a true yogi for 3 days!
In this weekend Daniela, Ciao Yoga, a passionate and experienced Hatha Yoga teacher, will guide you to a correct yoga practice, focusing in each session on a different yoga "anga" : asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, dharana and dhyana
(meditation).
This retreat is designed for yogi with more than 1 year of continuous
practice and it will offer you the perfect balance to deal with the ups
and downs of the Spring season. During this retreat there will also be
moments of guided group interactions in which you could discover more

Enjoy a week of yoga, meditation, nourishing farm-to-table cuisine, nature walks, pasta-making, wine tasting, soulful workshops, and a day trip to a quaint medieval town.
Three women under one roof: Olivia Radocchia (host and founder, psychologist ), Mileah Radocchia (social worker) and Adrienne Levonian (experienced yoga teacher & masseuse) will combine self-awareness workshops, holistic healing practices and flowy yoga classes to realize a well rounded and unique experience of self encounter.

The Experiment is the oldest organization in the world that allows young people from all over the world to have an experience of international life and culture, living in foreign countries with young people of their own age.
On our farm, students learn and experience how to approach a conscious,enjoyable, healthy and local way of cooking, based on the philosophy of SLOW FOOD, an organization once established in Italy. The idea is to get back to use fresh and local products (also from our garden), to take time to cook and to enjoy the shared experience..
Reset & Renew Yoga Retreat with Larissa

Larissa is an ambitious and passionate yoga teacher from Heidelberg, Germany. She practices and teaches powerful Vinyasa yoga flow, which incorporates soft and emotional elements. Through yoga, Larissa experiences strength, liveliness and relaxation at the same time. She would like to give her students access to these elements in her lessons as well. A feel-good program consisting of yoga sessions and workshops awaits you in Monestevole. Feel invited to pause and bring your body, mind and soul into harmony.

Denice is a Registered Psychotherapist. Her own horses, Cezar and Panther, are used for equine therapy at a stable in Caledon, just north of Toronto. She also does regular psychotherapy sessions at her home practice in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Anne, osteopath and yoga teacher, designs her yoga sessions based on Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

The training to become an AYI Advanced Yoga teacher includes 210 units and takes place in 3 training modules in the Kreuzlingen yoga room and ends in our Rustico retreat in Monestevole in Umbria.
This 10-month training is based on the curriculum and the core competencies for yoga teachers of the AYI® method. You will always be accompanied by three areas: the development of your own practice, immersion in philosophy and teaching techniques.
